VS COMUNICATION S.R.L., registered office at Șoseaua Națională 25, Clădirea NOC, 700259 Iași, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 22180182, Trade Register No. J22/2148/2007 (“VS Comunication”).
For any question about how we process data, or to exercise your rights, write to email (enable JavaScript to see it).
What data we process
Data you send through the contact form: full name, company, email address, phone number (optional), service of interest and message text.
Technical browsing data: like any website, the server hosting the site logs IP address, date and time of the request and the page visited, for security and operational reasons.
The site does not use analytics, advertising or profiling tools.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your requests and, if you ask, prepare a proposal: pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse: VS Comunication’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations, for example tax obligations or requests from authorities (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data to send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Required and optional data
Name, email, message and acceptance of this policy are needed to reply to you: without them we cannot handle your request. Company and phone are optional.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the contact form are deleted automatically after 24 months, unless a contract follows: in that case data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law.
Technical browsing data is kept by the hosting provider only as long as needed for the security of the service.
Who may receive it
Data is processed by authorised VS Comunication staff and may be shared with providers that help us run the site and email (hosting, email services), appointed as processors. Where needed to answer your request, data may be shared with our parent company Intellcredit S.p.A. (Italy).
We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties for their own purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
We process data in the European Union. If you choose to open the Google Maps map on the Contact page, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may process data outside the EU under Google’s own policy. The map only loads when you open it.
Security and automated decisions
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to messages is restricted to authorised staff. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
Services for client companies
When we process data on behalf of client companies, for example through the AudioCompliance platform or in our global service, we act as processor (or sub-processor), following the client’s instructions and an agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. In these cases the client, as controller, informs the data subjects.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to email (enable JavaScript to see it): we reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or with the authority of the country where you live or work.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
