Which receivables we buy

Commercial receivables from insurance companies arising from road accidents with these features:

  • the accident happened in Romania;
  • the vehicles involved are registered in Romania;
  • the damage concerns the vehicles only;
  • both vehicles had valid motor third-party liability insurance (RCA/MTPL) on the date of the accident;
  • no one was injured.

Before the assignment, the insurer must have authorised the repair and the amount must be agreed.

How it works

  2. Framework agreement
    We send you the framework agreement and agree the purchase discount on invoices.
  3. Signing
    You send us your company documents and we sign the agreement.
  4. Assigning invoices
    From the next day you can assign invoices to us all year round, together with the claim documents.
  5. Payment
    We pay by bank transfer within 48 hours.
